Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
- Barista skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different situations
Key responsibilities:
- Scooping and preparing ice cream and other menu items
- Making specialty coffee drinks
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store and equipment
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Following all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Continuously looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction
- Adapting to different situations and multitasking as required
