Kitchen Staff

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience. It would be a bonus if he/she has also experience artisanal ice cream making

• Experience in managing and training kitchen staff

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven ability to create new flavors and new dessert menu items 

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtimes

• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking ice cream according to recipes and menu specifications

• Creating new flavors and new menu items

• Planning and implementing menus

• Managing and training the kitchen staff

• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies

• Ensuring that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed

• Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen

• Helping to plan and execute special events

• Continuously looking for ways to improve kitchen operations and cost control

Evaluation Criteria:

• Quality of ice cream prepared

• Ability to adapt to changes in volume and special events

• Kitchen staff management

• Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

• Cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen

Salary and Benefits:

• Duration of Contract: Two (2) years contract, renewable, subject to mutual agreement of both parties.

• Ticket: FREE TICKET will be provided by the company (joining & upon completion of 2 years contract).

• Accommodation and Transportation: Provided by the company in terms of allowances.

• Working Hours: Eight (8) hours a day, Six (6) days a week.

• Expenses in QATAR Medical Commission, Visa expenses will be paid by Company.

• Other Benefits: as per QATAR Labor Law.

• Gratuity at the end of the term of duty per Qatar Labor Law.
