Store Manager

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail or food service management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proven ability to meet sales goals and increase profitability

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Knowledge in financial statements and reporting

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Experience with POS systems and other retail technology

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store and manage a team of 4-6 staffs

• Possibility to oversee multiple locations (as of now it’s only 1)

• Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded

• Monitor sales ,expenses and financial statements, and adjust inventory and staffing as needed

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty

• Conduct quality checking of food and premises and maintain the high standards of the business

• Maintaining the store and equipment cleanliness, and enforce all food safety and sanitation regulations

• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise

• Ensure that the store is always well-stocked 

• Sends daily sales report to the Accountant and owner

• Actively participating in the daily operations of the store, including serving customers and cleaning 

• Keep up to date on current cafe industry trends 

• Continuously looking for ways to improve the store’s performance and profitability
